As a licensed Professional Engineer, I provide practical, code-compliant structural design for beams, columns, foundations, and framing systems. I work directly with architects, contractors, and property owners to keep projects accurate, on schedule, and within budget.
Where it adds value, I use 3D scanning to capture accurate as-built conditions before design begins — especially useful for renovations, historic structures, and projects where existing conditions aren't fully documented.
