Whether you're standing up your first quality management system or troubleshooting a problem that's actively affecting yield or product performance, I bring over 25 years of hands-on quality engineering, supplier qualification, and manufacturing process experience to the table.

My background in package qualification and materials analysis gives me direct knowledge of how material properties interrelate and how they must be characterized to predict reliability performance in application. Combined with supplier quality and quality systems experience, I help clients get material selection and specification right the first time — because incomplete specifications are one of the most common, and most avoidable, sources of manufacturing variation.

Served as supplier quality engineer, then quality systems engineer, for a silicon carbide semiconductor manufacturing site. Built the site's quality system from the ground up and led a team of 160+ through their first third-party audit, achieving IATF 16949 certification.

Small Manufacturer ISO 9001 Certification Facilitation

Facilitated small manufacturers at the early stages of ISO 9001 certification, translating quality system requirements into practical, right-sized processes — documented procedures, traceability, and continuous improvement practices for teams with no formal quality infrastructure.
